Gemni, a leading manufacturer of machinery for the food industry, seeks a professional to support its global clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and calls
- Generate sales leads through effective communication and relationship-building
- Coordinate between Gemni and customers to ensure seamless interactions
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Fluency in English is required, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP B1 are advantageous.
Experience with exhibitions or trade shows is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for building sustainable relationships with customers, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives. The candidate should have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
- Sales Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and growth.
Requirements:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP B1.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
