We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, solution design, and client education in healthcare projects utilizing Salesforce HealthCloud.

This key position requires strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care), as well as expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Conduct workshops to gather and document client requirements.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive training on HealthCloud functionality to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of experience in Healthcare IT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Prior experience with Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is preferred but not required.
