CPQ Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) expert to join our global team. As a CPQ Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing our CPQ solution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes, ensure our systems meet evolving business needs, and provide exceptional support to our clients.

• Partner with Sales Contracts Order Management and Finance teams to understand current and future processes.
• Collaborate with IT Architects to design scalable CPQ solutions that meet business requirements.
• Document Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture for effective knowledge sharing.
• Configure and manage CPQ components, including product pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes, and more.
• Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and operating instructions to facilitate efficient onboarding and training.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems analysis and implementation, specifically in ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash environments.
• No less than 5 years of working experience with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects, driving successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Hands-on expertise in Apttus CPQ Product Pricing Approvals, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
• Advanced Salesforce administration skills, including profiles, workflows, process builder, and configuration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Salesforce and CPQ certifications are highly valued, but not essential.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
