We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions from sales users.
  • Manage a high volume of support requests, focusing on efficient task execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with necessary information.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance of the systems via data migrations.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Address access and visibility-related issues.
  • Assist in documenting best practices and usage.
  • Collaborate with various internal/external customers and vendors in Sales Operations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certification.
  • Prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with navigating the Salesforce landscape and terminology, emphasizing data security and territory management.
  • Experience with sales processes and working in a sales environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tool support to users.
  • An excellent team player with a service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aggressive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus knowledge of ServiceNow, Workbench, Dataloader, and SOQL is advantageous.
