Lead HR Manager

As an HR leader, you will be responsible for recognizing and meeting the manpower needs of the organization. This involves working closely with the HR manager to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to fill open positions.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A day in the life of an HR leader may include:
- Creating job descriptions and advertising them on various platforms
- Managing HR activities such as meetings, interviews, and schedules
- Assisting in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
- Coordinating training and development programs for employees
- Overseeing employee data for each department
- Managing daily operations of the HR department
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. You will also need to be able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR leadership
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
