Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with top-tier private universities in target regions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential university partners in the region.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at target universities.
- Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements with favorable terms and conditions.
Industry Expertise:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Allied Health Sciences to position yourself as a trusted advisor and consultant to universities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant UGC guidelines and regulations and stay updated on all UGC policy requirements.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitive activity in the Allied Health Sciences sector to proactively adapt partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams and partnered universities for handover and to successfully launch and integrate programs on their campuses.
- Oversee Partner Success and Academics teams to ensure seamless program implementation and ongoing support.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Account Management/Partnerships, specifically targeting universities and institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
