We are looking for a
Senior Manager – B2B Partnerships
to lead institutional sales, open doors, and scale trust with major accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive
strategic B2B partnerships
with visa agencies, universities, embassies, and airports. - Build and execute the
sales playbook
for institutional sales. - Lead partner negotiations, close high-value contracts, and oversee onboarding.
- Manage and mentor a small team of B2B Sales Executives.
- Track pipeline, conversion %, and partner performance.
- Act as the face of Kingfisher Telecom in the Indian education & travel ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in
B2B / institutional sales
(telecom, edtech, travel, or fintech). - Strong network in the
student/education/visa sector
preferred. - Proven track record of closing institutional accounts.
- Leadership skills: ability to mentor and grow a sales team.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial, and target-driven mindset.
Compensation
- Base:
₹12–18 LPA - OTE (with commissions):
₹20–25 LPA+ (uncapped, performance-linked)
