Job Title: Quality Improvement Professional

The position we are seeking to fill is a Quality Improvement Professional responsible for driving continuous improvement in Transaction Quality and Delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong transactional quality domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Transaction Quality and Delivery
  • Manage client-related KPIs and ensure accurate capture of SLA/SLO metrics
  • Evaluate effectiveness of TQ interventions and strengthen quality management processes
  • Accurately report client expectations and set up/customize processes to meet their needs
  • Generate out-of-the-box ideas and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Support the Quality and Compliance teams in performing audits and follow-ups

For this role, you will be required to have at least 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in International Voice Process in an International BPO. Strong working knowledge of QUALITY Matrices and excellent transactional quality domain knowledge are essential. Good working knowledge of TTQ systems, tools, and technologies is also required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in International Voice Process in an International BPO
