Quality Assurance Specialist

Elevate your career as a Quality Assurance Specialist, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of e-learning courses across various aspects. Join our team to contribute to creating engaging learning experiences for millions of users.

  • Audit Process: Verify audio production quality, confirm voice talent reads storyboard accurately, and review text transcript formatting.
  • Visual Inspection: Confirm graphics conform to approved storyboards, check on-screen text formatting, and verify visuals fade-in/out in sync with audio.
  • Interactivity Testing: Ensure test keys are included, activities function as described, feedback functions properly, and click-to-reveal items work correctly.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will also test courses in various browsers, ensure player menu items, LMS testing, and course uploads are error-free.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain data confidentiality and security. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience is required, along with 2+ years of quality assurance experience.

  • Ensure high-quality e-learning content by conducting thorough audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing results and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of quality assurance experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
