Responsibilities:

  • To support BPO training by focusing on voice process, product, and sales training.
  • To conduct training sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand the processes and expectations.
  • To develop engaging training materials and presentations that meet the needs of various learner groups.
  • To assess training needs and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • To provide regular feedback and coaching to trainees, helping them to achieve their goals.
  • To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance their impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in process training, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt training approaches to meet different learning styles.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training content, with a focus on voice process, product, and sales training.
