About This Role


We are seeking an experienced event professional to join our team as a Manager of Online Conferences. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for online events, driving seamless execution, and providing high-quality experiences for attendees.

This role requires strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work independently while being a team player. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale online events, developing engaging content, and analyzing post-event metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end event strategies.
  • Developing compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive event content strategy.
  • Working closely with vendors to create world-class online experiences.
  • Analyzing post-event metrics to ensure goal alignment.
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across teams.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables with appointed agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in event management for B2B technology or services companies.
  • Strong background in developing and managing large-scale online events.
  • Excellent project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and budget management.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with hosting platforms like Zoom and Cvent.
