Job Title: Virtual Event Strategist

We are seeking an experienced events specialist to drive the end-to-end event lifecycle, including strategy, execution, and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating world-class online events that deliver against predefined goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the events strategy, developing content, working with vendors to produce engaging events, and analysing post-event results to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute an end-to-end event strategy
  • Design the event format to meet audience requirements
  • Refresh the event value proposition to create greater value for the audience
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and drive the event content strategy
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to create compelling event experiences
  • Understand venue specifications and manage event venues and contracts
  • Post-event reporting and analysis of event activities and ROI
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across teams
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables in partnership with appointed agencies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years' experience in an events specialist role for B2B technology/services company or agency
  • Strong background in developing and managing large scale online events
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Functional experience of using hosting platforms like Zoom and Cvent
