About the Role
The Accor Plus Ambassador Program Manager is a key position responsible for driving the success of the Accor Plus program across select hotels in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the training and development of Accor Plus ambassadors and hotel teams to achieve sales performance targets.
- Foster strong relationships with hotel management to support the Accor Plus program.
- Facilitate training programs for hotel teams to promote the Accor Plus membership.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to hotels to ensure engagement in the Accor Plus program.
- Monitor and track sales results to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Model behaviors expected from team members and uphold company values and policies.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with proven track record in hotel training and development, sales performance, and relationship building.

- Proven experience in hotel training and development.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in facilitating training programs.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
