Job Title: Data Centre Facilities Operations Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our data centre facilities operations team. As the Data Centre Facilities Operations Expert, you will be responsible for managing the overall quality and service of our mission-critical data centre facility.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Data Centre Facilities Operations Expert. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data centre operations, with experience in managing power design, delivery and installation, HVAC systems operation, security and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the data centre, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and infrastructure within the data centre.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering or computer science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a focus on facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
