Job Description:
- Support users via email and phone calls, ensuring a seamless experience
- Upsell premium packages and add-on services, increasing awareness of our offerings
- Educate users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options
- Gather user insights on their experience, identifying areas needing improvement
- Share valuable user feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance user experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly
- Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) to engage with users
- A customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for helping users succeed
- A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high value services
- Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
