Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established safety protocols and adhere to them rigorously.
  • Evaluate packaging materials, conduct supplier visits, audits, provide training, and support new vendor development initiatives.
  • Monitor the cleaning processes of packaging materials.
  • Analyze chemical samples received into the laboratory and inspect repacked products before dispatch.
  • Prepare and issue detailed test reports.
  • Ensure zero customer rejections by maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Purchase chemicals for laboratory analysis purposes.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and address queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on technical customer inquiries.
  • Dispose of color or non-moving materials as needed.
  • Train supervisors and contract workers on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and daily activities.
  • Verify labels and contents for repacked products to ensure accuracy.
  • Submit regular reports to management (daily, weekly, monthly, and other reports as required).
