Job Title: Operational Leadership Role

A forward-thinking and results-driven leader is required to oversee the smooth operation of our Edible Oil Processing and Packing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute production plans to meet market demands, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

  • Maintain high levels of quality control, ensuring all products meet strict food safety standards.

  • Monitor and control day-to-day operational activities, including oil losses, chemical consumption, utility consumption, costing, and manpower planning.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Process department to ensure timely supply of Refined Oil for Packing and Dispatches.

  • Cordinate with vendors, stores, and purchase teams to acquire necessary materials and spares.

  • Work closely with service departments to maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring seamless operations.



Requirements:

  • Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Packaging Food Tech, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred.

  • Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi essential.

  • Minimum 06-08 years of relevant experience in Edible Oil Processing and Packing.

  • Broad knowledge of edible oil plants, packaging operations, food safety norms, and warehouse management.

  • Technical expertise in edible oil processing, packing, and cold-storage operations.

  • Familiarity with various oil filling machines and weigh scales.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with excellent command of MS Office applications.
