Role & responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations across production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in production output, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements and knowledge of audit.
  • Develop and implement systems to monitor and optimize productivity, performance metrics, and asset utilization.
  • Oversee production planning, schedules, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment related to exports.
  • Monitor, test, and enhance plant processes for operational excellence.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control operational costs, and explore cost-reduction opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree (Engineering or related field preferred)

MBA preferred

Minimum 8-10 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English and Hindi.
