**Job Title: Regional Coordinator**

Location: Kandla (Gujarat)
Department: Operations/Regional Management
Reports To: Project Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Regional Operations Management**: Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the assigned region to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- **Team Coordination**: Facilitate communication and collaboration among regional teams, departments, and stakeholders. Support and guide regional staff to achieve operational objectives.
- **Project Management**: Plan, implement, and monitor regional projects and initiatives. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze regional performance metrics. Prepare and present reports on regional activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, clients, and stakeholders. Address regional concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage regional resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment. Ensure optimal utilization and allocation to support regional activities.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**: Ensure that regional operations comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any issues.
- **Training & Development**: Provide training and support to regional staff. Identify and address development needs to enhance team performance and capabilities.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges within the region. Implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in a coordination, management, or operational role, preferably with experience managing multiple teams or projects across a region.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in office software and management tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a specific industry relevant to the organization (e.g., healthcare, education, logistics).
- Familiarity with regional regulations and market conditions.
- Multilingual abilities, depending on the region served and interpersonal abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
