Process Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain shift activity for 600 TPD Chemical Refinery plant operations and Cooling Tower operations.

  • The ideal candidate will operate chemical refinery neutralization operations, including PX100 and PX70 separator operations.
  • They will run continuous bleacher and deodorization system.
  • Minimizing downtime and optimizing chemical and utility consumption is crucial.
  • Maintaining quality parameters of processing while prioritizing safety measures is key.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering is required.
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in processing edible oil refinery, chemical refinery, neutralization, bleaching, and Deodorization is necessary.

  • The successful candidate will lead shift operation of Chemical Refinery by utilizing available resources, Man, Material, and Process.
  • They will collaborate with internal departments, Packing, Tank-farm, Utilities, and Maintenance as stakeholders.
