**Role Purpose Statement**:

- To maintain the shift activity for 120+300 TPD IE plant.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- To operate Inter Esterification operation.
- To operate continuous bleacher system.
- To minimize the down time.
- To optimize the chemical & utility consumption.
- To prioritize the safety measure and knowledge of hazards associated with sodium methoxide.
- To maintain the quality parameters of processing.
- Monitoring of Deo OPRP monitoring.
- TBHQ addition as per specification.
- Process aids/ingredients management

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Reducing Chemical and fuel consumption
- Safety Norms - No LTI
- Ensure 100% food safety

**Knowledge and Technical Competencies**:

- Knowledge of IE, Hydrogenation and continuous bleacher operation.

**Education/Experience**:

- ITI /Diploma Chemical
- 05-6 years of experience of processing of edible oil refinery, Hydrogenation and continuous bleacher operation.
