**Role Purpose Statement**:
Responsible for smooth operation of effluent treatment plant & maintaining chemical consumption and stock record.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for smooth operation of ETP plant (i.e. preliminary treatment, (Oil removal and PH correction) primary treatment, (chemical/ physical treatment) and secondary treatment (biological and secondary clarifier).
- Responsible to smooth operation of WWRP (pretreatment for WWRP, MGF and ACF, UF and RO operations.) & ZLD operation.
- Responsible to maintain chemical consumption and stock records.
- Responsible for frequently backwash of MGF, ACF & UF.
- Responsible for housekeeping of ETP area.
- Responsible for chemical dosing in ETP, UF & RO as per water analysis report.
- Ensuring strict implementation of workplace safety.
- Preparing & maintaining daily records of effluent generation, effluent treated, water recovered and RO reject.
- Maintain the records of maintenance work.
- To maintain the solid waste (removal and handling) generated from ETP processes.
- To conduct a pre-shift risk assessment and Toolbox talk with the entire team
- Analysis of ETP inlate & ETP outlate parameters

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Maintain daily log sheet
- Safety Norms - No LTI
- Ensure 100% food safety
- To effective utilization of Contract manpower
- To maintain water quality as per legal requirement
- To coordinate with plant for effluent discharge in ETP

**Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal)**:

- Internal: Maintenance, Refinery, Packaging, Administration.
- External: Applicable vendors

**Knowledge and Technical Competencies**:
Knowledge about ETP/WTP/RO/UF/MEE/ Plant & GPCB Norms applicable for ETP

**Education/Experience**:

- Diploma Engineer (Any Trade) or Graduation with BSc.
- 4-6 Years of Experience
