Job Title:

Hiring Manager: HR & Compliance Coordinator

The role of an HR and compliance coordinator is crucial in supporting the US staffing operations team. This individual will be involved in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and compliant completion of documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for US-based employees and contractors, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation and background checks.
  • Collaborate with background verification vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely screening results.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, including compliance-related documents such as I-9, E-Verify, and client-specific forms.
  • Navigate various MSP portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) to track and submit onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR and onboarding workflows.
  • Apply knowledge of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence.
  • Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal and client audits.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support.
  • Hands-on experience with MSP portals required.
  • Working knowledge of US federal employment regulations.
  • Experience preparing SOPs or process documentation.
  • Familiarity with background check portals and onboarding processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document tracking tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner.
