Junior HR Executive Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support and manage various human resources functions across recruitment, employee engagement, events, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR communication. Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination. Assist in compliance-related documentation.
  • Employee Engagement & Events: Organize internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations. Create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture. Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Internal Communication & PR: Help manage the company's internal communication channels. Assist with social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives. Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools. Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized. Willingness to work regular business hours.
