The role of HR Intern presents an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Kota, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for human resources and be eager to learn and grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with employee engagement and training program coordination.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks and support HR team initiatives.
- Participate in maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in HR processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for full-time work in Kota, India.
