Training and Development Specialist\

The role of a Training and Development Specialist involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners. The primary objective is to enhance their skills and knowledge, leading to increased sell-through, service standards, and launch readiness.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Create multi-format content, including decks, playbooks, WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes, tailored to the needs of Beauty Advisors and retail partners.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, focusing on product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Collaborate with the National Product Development team to ensure accurate demos and compliant claims.
  • Publish training calendars, store audits, and side-by-sides, and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements include 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs. Additionally, candidates should possess strong knowledge of makeup and skincare, be bilingual in Hindi and English, and have advanced Excel skills.

\Preferred Qualifications:\
  • Previous experience as an MT or EBO, with cosmetology certification and basic visual merchandising skills.
  • Strong pedagogy and content creation skills, with the ability to coach others on retail-related topics.
  • Background as a Beauty Advisor or Counter Lead, with expertise in content creation and analytics.
