Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Trainer to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our retail staff. The Retail Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, improving product knowledge, and ensuring consistent customer service standards across all store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for retail staff.
  • Train retail teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and store operations.
  • Conduct training sessions through classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor formats.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with store managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Assist in the creation of training manuals, SOPs, and e-learning materials.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of trainees and maintain training records.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices.
  • Support in-store coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Ensure alignment of training with company values and brand standards.
