About the Role">

This is a sales-focused position where you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic lead generation and pursuit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and pursue leads through telesales and cold calling to secure new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential customers and coordinate meetings to facilitate productive discussions.
  • Manage sales and payment collection processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
  • Collect information about potential study abroad students to provide informed support and guidance.
  • Offer initial counseling and training on shortlisting universities and courses to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with foreign universities to explore mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments to inform future business decisions.
  • Create engaging event designs using Canva to promote brand awareness and interest.
  • Coordinate events at schools to foster meaningful connections and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA with 1-3 years of experience in business development and telesales.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Results-driven individual with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. They should also have proficiency in ChatGpt and MS Office.

Additionally, they will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. A Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field is required, with 1-3 years of experience in business development and telesales.
