
Business Relationship Developer

Are you looking for a dynamic role that involves building strong relationships with clients?
Business Development RepresentativeIn this position, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining successful partnerships with clients to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and local languages, as well as strong computer skills, technical awareness, and business-to-business experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prospect potential clients, understand their marketing objectives, and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to close sales deals efficiently.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations on a daily basis.
You will also handle client escalations, manage teams effectively, control and monitor daily operations, and respond promptly to changing situations.
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in any related field, along with at least 6 months of experience in field sales. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales performance and account management.
- Clients' relationship management and partnership development.
- Daily/weekly sales activities planning and execution.
- Team management and coaching.
- Client escalation handling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong computer skills and technical awareness.
- Business-to-business experience.
