Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individual clients to provide them with exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and manage relationships with top-end clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify client requirements and gaps, working towards bridging these through equity and derivatives products.
- Maintain and grow existing relationships while developing new ones to improve business generation.
- Stay up-to-date with equities markets and have a thorough understanding of equity and derivatives products.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years and maximum of 12 years of experience in the broking industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to acquire, advise, and handle high-value client relationships.
- Certification in Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Graduation or MBA from a recognized institution.
