Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth across both B2C and B2B segments. About This Opportunity

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive stipend of ₹40,000 per month (₹25,000 fixed + ₹15,000 performance-linked incentive) and a chance to work with our dynamic team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive direct sales growth in B2C training & certification enrollments.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for B2B segments (universities, corporates, consulting clients).
  • Support pricing, partnership, and revenue model innovation.
  • Identify and onboard new corporate & institutional partners for Finocontrol.
  • Work on proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential B2B opportunities.
  • Ensure student enrollment experience is seamless with high conversion and retention.
  • Work with clients to ensure cross-sell/up-sell opportunities are leveraged.
  • Collect success stories, testimonials, and track ROI for clients/partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns for lead generation.
  • Design outreach campaigns (events, email, referral programs).
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and growth experiments.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Provide weekly growth performance reports to the Founder's Office.
  • Suggest new growth hacks and insights backed by data.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must hold an MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, or MDI. Fresh MBAs with 0–1 year of experience are preferred, though prior internships in sales, growth, or consulting will be an advantage.
