Job Title: Client Liaison and Order Manager

As a vital member of the Client Services department, the Client Liaison and Order Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with clients. This individual focuses on managing customer orders, providing day-to-day support, and maintaining relationships with both customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Services team to provide top-notch customer service, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery and accurate information to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with Content Providers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues related to title assets and deliveries.
  • Work closely with internal operations teams to prioritize tasks and meet production schedules.
  • Escalate any concerns or changes promptly to supervisors and senior management.
  • Coordinate asset acquisition from Content Providers and third-party labs for on-time delivery.
  • Monitor schedules, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of missing information.
  • Advise clients of potential delays or content that may miss its start date.

Requirements:
