Customer Support Analyst Job DescriptionSaks Global is a multi-brand luxury retailer with 70 full-line locations and five e-commerce experiences. We leverage customer data platforms and technology to shape the future of luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities- Address older cases to prevent customer dissatisfaction
- Treat each interaction uniquely without templated responses
- Use internal tools and historical data to research and resolve customer issues
- Consider customer value and spend history when prioritizing and resolving issues
This role requires strong judgment, investigative thinking, stakeholder communication, and clear decision-making to provide timely, personalized support. You will work across various operational queues and systems, engaging effectively with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
