Purchase Executive Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our procurement efforts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies that drive cost savings and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Select prospective vendors and negotiate contracts to meet our business needs.
  • Evaluate vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price to ensure we receive the best value.
  • Schedule deliveries and manage logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to forecast market trends and assess risks. They will also be able to stay current with purchasing technology trends and adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering or supply chain management.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of overall experience, including experience using procurement software and databases.
  • Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, research, and analytical skills are essential.
