Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced transformation leader to spearhead our procurement initiatives and drive strategic change across global sourcing functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement best-in-class procurement practices, leveraging platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Oracle to optimize operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to align procurement strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless integration and effective stakeholder management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports on cost savings, process efficiencies, compliance adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction; drive continuous improvement based on insights.
  • Innovation & Partnership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, analytics, automation) and evaluate their applicability for business needs, partnering with departments to align procurement goals with enterprise objectives.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure procurement policies, risk management, and contract governance are upheld, maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Program Management: Manage programs and cross-functional teams in client-facing environments, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on transformation progress, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, with a strong track record of driving transformation and change management.
  • Demonstrable skills in project/program management, including resource planning, financial management, and stakeholder alignment for transformation projects.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and design thinking principles applied to procurement transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with category management, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and sustainable procurement practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with advocacy for internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborative leadership style, fostering teamwork, mentorship, and a high-performance culture.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CPSM, or equivalent are a plus.
