Procurement Transformation Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and supporting purchase requisitions and purchase orders, as well as reviewing executed agreements to interpret terms and convert commercials into purchase requisitions. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, Coupa, Microsoft Suites, and ServiceNow are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review Purchase Requests (PRs) and PO Changes (POCs): Ensure that all PRs and POCs are structured correctly, contain all required information, and align with contractual requirements.
- Support Creation of PRs and POCs: Collaborate with stakeholders to create PRs and POCs that meet business needs.
- Provide General Order Support: Offer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders on delivery-related issues.
- Manage Receipts and Assetization: Oversee the receipt and assetization process for AD Insight orders and support other receipt processes.
- Manage PO Revisions: Update POs to accommodate internal changes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Reconcile Blocked Invoices: Resolve discrepancies related to blocked invoices.
- Monitor ProcOps Email Account: Respond promptly to emails and provide support as needed.
- Follow up on Outstanding Approvals: Monitor and follow up on outstanding approvals for PRs and POCs.

Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Coupa, Microsoft Suites, and ServiceNow.
- Experience in procurement or a related field, including creating and supporting purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
