Renewable Energy Operations Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Operations Manager to lead our inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC, project execution, vendor and stakeholder management, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee and streamline inspection and quality operations for solar and wind energy projects across manufacturing, installation, and commissioning stages. They will ensure implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols, supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites, and manage relationships with vendors to maintain quality and delivery standards.

In addition, the Renewable Energy Operations Manager will engage with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, consultants) for project coordination and issue resolution, maintain detailed reporting of inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status, and drive adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred)
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy (solar and wind mandatory)
  • Technical Expertise:
    • In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components
    • Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy
    • Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
    • Strong verbal and written communication
