Job Opportunity: Solar Plant Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar plant installation projects.

This role requires expertise in:

  • Project development and implementation
  • Resource management and allocation
  • Logistics coordination and supply chain optimization
  • Safety compliance and risk mitigation
  • Vendor relationship management

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Cordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Supervising field teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure quality and safety standards are met

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or project management in the solar installation or EPC sector
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, structures, and BOS (Balance of System)

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • PMP Certification or equivalent
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVsyst, or similar solar design tools
