Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Leadership Abilities:
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating IT teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
