Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Operations Manager to oversee the daily support activities of our organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching and guidance for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and purchasing, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (electricians).
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning).
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with organizational changes and business developments.
  • Facilitate smooth information flow within the organization.
  • Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for best prices.
  • Manage employee calendars and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships.
  • Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and other inventory.
  • Maintain office assets and ensure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are in place.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with government bodies and police officials.
  • Track expenses for cost budget compliance.
  • Submit regular MIS reports on administration expenses.

Qualification & Skillset

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Good time management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player with admin support services expertise.
  • Good mailing communication and basic drafting skills.
  • Pro-active and reliable individual capable of performing well under challenging situations.
