Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager Intern to support our daily business operations. You will be pivotal in streamlining processes, managing order workflows, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational tasks, including order tracking, inventory management, and vendor coordination

Assist in quality checks for incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Maintain and update operational reports in Excel

Support logistics management to reduce delays and returns

  • Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency in operational workflows

Monitor packaging and dispatch processes for accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications:

  • Second-year student or above (any stream)

Interest in fashion/lifestyle brands is a plus

Skills Required:

  • Basic Excel & Google Sheets proficiency

Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail & problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills

Location:
On-site — Jaipur, Rajasthan

Part-Time:
4–5 hours/day
