Sr. Corporate Lawyer


About the Role:

We seek an accomplished legal professional to lead complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience preferably in a reputable law firm. This role involves managing intricate legal processes, particularly in M&A, real estate, and debt investments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-stakes investments, divestments, and debt transactions across India independently
  • Support legal due diligence and land title diligence with precision
  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel across business units
  • Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts effectively
  • Oversee litigation, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary

Requirements:
  • Experience: 8 -12 years
  • Education Qualification: Law graduate from a premier university (added qualification of CS/CA would be advantageous)
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience in a reputable law firm is essential
  • Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions, debt investments, private equity, and real estate
  • Profound knowledge of corporate laws, securities law, foreign exchange laws, and sectoral laws related to real estate and infrastructure sectors
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • A positive attitude with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Strong leadership, team management, and accountability
  • Effectiveness under pressure with strong interpersonal skills
