Job Title:

Operations Director

Leads a team of business systems analysts and quality systems analysts.

Reports into the Global Information Services team and works closely with digital marketing, technical development, and cross-functional commercial platform teams to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design, and optimization of information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms.
  • Analysis, selection, and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware, software, and database management.
  • Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.
Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or information science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

At least 10 years proven track record as a business systems analyst or business analyst with solid experience in requirements elicitation process through interviews, brainstorming, focus group, and prototyping.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with various software applications including but not limited to MS Office, MS Visio, Confluence, Jira, ValGenesis, Splunk, ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred. Experience with eCommerce applications, SalesForce, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, B2B marketplaces is a plus.

  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
