Business Development Leader Role

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to drive growth and expansion in the wealth management sector. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, delivering tailored solutions to meet their complex financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic business plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  2. Cultivate deep understanding of clients' legacy planning, governance, and wealth management requirements through regular engagement.
  3. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, leveraging your expertise to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and timely execution of client mandates.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  6. Track and report progress against acquisition targets, conversion rates, and onboarding effectiveness for senior leadership review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles within the wealth management or financial services sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet complex financial needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
