Job Title: Creative Business Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Business Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to lead our business operations, drive growth, and deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and team management. They will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end business process, ensuring seamless execution, and achieving high conversion rates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Briefly mentioned Sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rate throughput (Minimum 40%)
  • Manages booking of minimum of 6 projects per ID or minimum 40% conversion on the leads provided
  • Responsible for delivering delightful Customer Experience in the Experience Center
  • Oversees end-to-end Project management (till project delivery) through effective team leadership
  • Achieves >4 average CSAT scores on every delivered project
  • Trains and mentors the team of designers to ensure sales & enables them to achieve their targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in B-Arch / Civil Engineering
  • 7 to 8 years of work experience in Business Development and Growth
  • 3+ years experience in B2C Sales along with Showroom management
