Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Expert to join our team. This individual will act as a solutions expert/advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to drive transformation, support solution design, and ensure delivery excellence in commercial banking engagements.

  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for business process services (BPS) function.
  • Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., process reengineering, automation, workflow orchestration) in client banking operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to one or more areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role within a BPS function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, capability decks, and process views.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global banks, either directly or via BPS engagements.
  • Global exposure (UK, US, APAC, or Middle East banking regulations and practices).
