Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned Commercial Banking professional, you will act as a solutions expert/advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consultation and advisory services in commercial banking engagements, including client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for financial institutions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., process reengineering, automation) in client banking operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to one or more areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role within a financial organization is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, capability decks, and process views.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global banks, either directly or via outsourcing engagements.
  • Global exposure (UK, US, APAC, or Middle East banking regulations and practices).
