What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of banking solutions for enterprise clients, managing client onboarding, solution design, and implementation.
  • Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements, translating needs into actionable delivery plans.
  • Oversee solution design and platform assessments, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle, documenting reusable patterns and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking (SME/Retail/Core Banking implementation, risk platforms etc.), or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
