Job Overview:

We are a rapidly growing financial services organization, committed to delivering customized investment solutions to high net worth individuals and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Our offerings span across equity, mutual funds, portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, structured products, and other wealth management instruments.

We are expanding our team and seeking highly skilled professionals to lead client acquisition and relationship management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Track KPIs and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
