Senior Talent Acquisition Professional

Job Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Professional will play a crucial role in hiring top talent for our organization. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights to execute strategic hiring plans and optimize hiring processes.

This role requires expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth environment.

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Build and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment experience), ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Consult on selection decisions and frequently involve complex terms and conditions.
  • Manage candidate inquiries, candidate care, and facilitate employee processes involving candidates.
